You will encounter the sights and sounds of Northern and Southern Island as we make our way along back roads, through traditional, colourful villages and towns and vibrant cities of culture. With a fully sign-posted route, mechanical support and regular feed stops all you need worry about is spinning the wheels and enjoying the Craic!

Day One - Cork to Kilkenny
The toughest day of the trip will be an EPIC 90 miles with an ascent of 5430ft as we cycle from Cork to Kilkenny. Your reward will be the amazing scenery through the Comeragh Mountains and possibly a nice cool Guinness in the lively Kilkenny!
Day Two - Kilkenny to Mullingar
An easier day than yesterday we cycle 70 miles from Kilkenny to Mullingar to rest on the shores of the jaw dropping Lough Ennell.
Day Three - Mullingar to Armagh
Today we say goodbye to Southern Ireland and cycle 80 miles from Mullingar to Armagh the city of Two Cathedrals! A fantastic days cycling on country back roads we get to see Northern Ireland in all its splendour.
Day Four - Armagh to The Giants Causeway
our FINAL DAY where we cycle 74 miles from Armagh to UNESCO World Heritage site, The Giants Causeway. Today we ride alongside the largest freshwater lake, Lough Neagh and the River Ban, the longest River. Despite weary legs we will soon be at our final destination and enjoy a celebration meal in the evening. What an adventure!
