Location: Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough
Part-Time Role: 20 Hours per week
Zoe's Place Baby Hospice is searching for a Volunteer Coordinator to help develop its small team of dedicated volunteers.
Volunteering is crucial to the future success of the hospice and its important role in caring for children with life limiting and life shorting conditions from the North East of England.
The successful candidate will work closely with our fundraising team and be responsible for organising and recruiting volunteers to assist with a wide range of events and activities. This will be a varied and exciting role that will require evening and weekend work on occasions.
Experience in coordinating volunteers and an understanding of the benefits that they bring to good causes such as Zoe's Place would be a distinct advantage to the successful candidate.
Good communication skills and a thorough knowledge of database’s, e-mail and social media are essential to the role.
