We’re incredibly proud of our hospice. We provide respite and palliative care to children aged 0 – 5 years old with life limiting or life threatening illnesses, with our team of specialist nurses offering 24-7 care and support. We’ve created a safe, caring and fun place, where parents know that their child will receive the best care possible - a home away from home.
The right person will have managed succesful relationships with commercial organisations both big and small, generating income to ensure annual income targets are achieved. The post holder will be responsible for delivering agreed partnership activity and first class day-to-day account management, as well as exploring opportunities to develop new partnerships and events.
With strong communication and research skills, you are able to prioritise tasks and work calmly under pressure to meet multiple deadlines. You will be a people person who is able to influence and negotiate in order to achieve the best outcome for the charity, you’ll be great at giving presentations to a range of different people and you’ll be confident in putting together good quality written reports.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is confident, ambitious and organised, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. You'll be passionate and able to work with minimal supervision. Due to the nature of the position, the post holder will be expected to work unsocial hours to meet the needs of the role.
